(Hong Kong, 23 December 2004) The Company
was awarded with Certificate of Commendation under Good People
Management Award by the Labor Department to reflect our efforts
in pursuing good people management.
The Company has become a learning organization by providing
regular internal trainings, holding and speaking during seminars,
on-the-job trainings, valuing employee performance by ¡§Contribution
Value Scheme¡¨, and related job rotation opportunities. We adopt
the concept of Management By Objective (MBO). Team members with
good performance, especially those with achievements in customer
service and product development, are recognized. Moreover, the
Company provides our employees with a comfortable and safe working
environment. Our employees only work 5 day a week and overtime
is not encouraged. We encourage our employees to seek for quality
